Charm Group

Terms of Service

Terms for using the Charm website and submitting an application.

Updated 13 October 2026

Who these terms concern

These terms cover use of Charm Group’s OnlyFans management website and its application form. Contact office@charmstudios.ro for questions. Any creator management partnership is governed by a separate agreement.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Apply for yourself and provide accurate information. If you choose to upload photos, they must be of you and you must have permission to share them. Do not submit photos of minors or another person. Clothed photos are suitable.

Applications and optional photos

Your details are saved privately as a draft when you continue to the photo step. Photos are optional: submit with no photos, or upload three to five. The form confirms when your completed application has been saved. Applying does not create a partnership, charge an application fee, guarantee acceptance, or commit you to a payment arrangement. Services, payment options, responsibilities and termination terms will be agreed separately before work starts.

Results and earnings

Statistics, growth examples and reviews are information about particular experiences or examples. They do not guarantee your results or income. Earnings depend on factors including your content, audience, consistency, account stage and market conditions. The audience-growth illustration is labelled illustrative.

Your information

The Privacy Policy explains application drafts, optional photos, storage, access, chat and removal requests. Your uploaded photos are used for application review; submitting them does not give permission to publish them as marketing material.

Website use and content

Use this site lawfully. Do not try to access other applicants’ data, bypass access controls, upload malicious files or interfere with the service. Charm branding and website content, together with licensed photos and videos, remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reuse them without permission.

AI and third-party services

The optional AI assistant provides general information and may make mistakes. It cannot accept applications, change agreements or guarantee a response time. External links are provided for convenience; third-party platforms set their own terms. Charm is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans / Fenix International Ltd.
