How your information is used when you browse, chat, or apply to Charm.

This notice covers Charm Group’s OnlyFans management website. For privacy questions and requests about your information, contact office@charmstudios.ro.
Application details and optional photos
We collect the name, age, email, phone number, country and city, earnings range, experience, English level and goals you enter in the form. Social handles and an OnlyFans profile are optional; the profile field accepts text in any format. Photos are optional too: you can submit without them, or choose three to five JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 8 MB each. Please upload only your own photos; clothed photos are suitable.
Saving and submitting
Selecting “Continue to photos” saves your details as a private draft after your consent. To submit, select “Submit without photos”, “Skip photos & submit”, or “Send photos & finish”. Closing the page does not remove a draft already saved. Skipping photos excludes them from your completed application and removes any photos already uploaded during an incomplete attempt.
Purpose and choices
We use your application to consider a possible partnership and contact you about it. You choose whether to apply and give consent before we save your details. Photos are processed only if you choose to provide them. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Application details are kept in a private database and photos in private file storage through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Application photos are not published in the public gallery. The inbox and each application/photo request require an authorized reviewer’s ChatGPT sign-in. Hosting and sign-in providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. This site does not promise storage exclusively in a particular country.
Retention and removal
Drafts and completed applications remain available for review and follow-up until removed by the Charm reviewer. There is currently no automatic expiry for saved application records or photos. To ask for removal, email us with your application reference if available. The reviewer can delete the application and its photos from the inbox. Short-lived hashed request counters used to limit abusive applications are cleared as new submissions arrive.
Chat, fonts and external services
The optional Charm AI chat sends the messages you enter to OpenRouter and its model provider to generate replies. The chat’s browser conversation clears when you reload; those providers may handle messages under their own policies. Avoid sending sensitive information in chat. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them. Links to Instagram, OnlyFans and other external sites are governed by those services’ policies when you visit them.
Cookies and analytics
Charm has not configured optional analytics scripts, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this site. Hosting, security and ChatGPT sign-in can use necessary storage. Your chosen language is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is remembered between visits. See Cookie & analytics settings for the current setup.
Your rights
Where applicable under data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal. Contact office@charmstudios.ro to make a request. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. The European Commission explains GDPR rights.
Age and review
Applicants must be 18 or older and apply for themselves. A person reviews applications; the AI chat cannot access the inbox or decide whether an application is accepted.
